Description
This is a polyether modified heptamethyltrisiloxane Silicone Spreading and Penetrating used as agricultural spray adjuvants,
agricultural spray chemicals, agrochemical spreading agent and the wetting agent for herbicide spray.
This is also a silicone adjuvant as wetting and penetrating agent and wetting agent nonionic surfactant.
The organic silicone surfactant has super ability of spreading,
it can lower down the water surface tension to 20.5 mN/m at the concentration of 0.1 %(wt.).
After the mixture with the pesticide solution at the certain proportion,
it can lower the contact angel between the spray and foliage, enlarging the coverage of the spray.
Furthermore, which can make the pesticide absorbed through the stomatal of leaves,
which is effective for improving efficacy, saving cost, reduce amount of pesticide and environmental pollution caused by pesticides.

Applications
In Agrochemical Formulations
Used as a component in agrochemical formulations,
which is stable and can keep surface activities for long time in PH=6-8 liquid. But if the liquid mixtures is PH=5-6 or PH=8-9,
the surface activity lows down obviously after being laid aside for 24h.
It is recommended to be used at concentration of at least 0.5%-8%, based on total formulations.
The user should adjust the amount according to different kinds of formulations to reach the most effective and most economical result.
Do compatibility tests and stepwise tests before usage.
As A Tank Mix Adjuvant
Used to improve spray coverage, promote rapid uptake of agrochemicals into plants or to reduce in spray volume.
it is most effective as a tank-side adjuvant when spray mixtures is
within a pH range of 6-8 and used within 24 hours of preparation.
May provide adequate coverage in many low volume spray applications at rates between 0.025% and 0.1%.
In general, add LP-620 Agricultural Spray Adjuvants (4000times) 5g in every 20kg spraying solution.
Once the full performance of LP-620 Silicone Spreading and Penetrating has been reached, a further increase in the silicone surfactant concentration will show no effect.

When using, first dissolve the agrochemicals, add LP-620 Silicone For Agriculture after the uniform mixture of 80% water, then add water to 100% and mix them uniformly.
It is advised that when using the adjuvant, the water amount reduced to 1/2 of the normal (suggested) or 2/3, average pesticide usage reduced to 70-80% of the normal. Using the small aperture nozzle will quicken the spray speed.
