This is a kind of Silicone For Textile, one kind of silicone oil emulsion for polyester staple fiber, polyester staple fiber softener.

It makes the polyester fiber excellent fluffy, rebound resilience, smooth, soft, good handling feeling and high anti-static characteristics.

The hollow fiber will be more white and bright after using the finishing agent.

Usage and Dosage

dilute LP-730 with water:

Usage process
1) according to the concentration and the proportion to calculate the weight of LP-730 and water,
2) pour the needed amount of water into the kettle and start mixing, then pouring LP-730 and stir them about 15 minutes to dispersed evenly,
3) stopping mixing and storing the working liquid in storage tank for using,
4) heating is not needed during the working liquid preparation, room temperature water is advisable,
5) prepared liquid should be used during 12 to 24 hours.

Oiling way
spray or the combination of dipping and spraying

Fiber heating requirement

Suggesting temperature 150 °C ~ 170 °C, retention time 10 min ~ 15 min.

Package and storage
200L plastic packaging/ IBC package.
stored in a ventilated shady and cool place, 

storage temperature 0 ~ 35 °C.
