Finally, molecular has been optimized and re-designed this all-new finish oil for PET RE-HCS PSF treatment system by us.

Please adjust the mixture ratio of finish oil due to production Tech, instruments or OPU.

OPU of Re-PSF without silicone(<4.0Den): 0.15~0.25%

OPU of Re-PSF without silicone(>4.0Den):0.25-0.4%

preparation, the concentration of oil emulsion should be at 5%-6%. 

Dilusion with water as 10: 100 while spraying before during the crimper process, the ration of mixture could be depends on production processing demands, fine with spraying or padding.

1)Requirement for water: below 10 us/cm(electroconductibility),3 mg/L(hardness),6.0-8.0(PH).

2)This chemical is specifically designed for 0.5-3.0D PET RE-PSF lubrication,

5)Kindly note the performance of drying oven, malfunction of drying will decrease the

fastness b/w fiber and silicone oil emulsion, and even degrade the lubrication of fiber.
