LP-2030 Water based polyurethane PU Release agent

 LP-2030 water based release agent is mainly used for post-processing of PU shoe sole with water as dispersion medium, the dispersion is good. 

It does not contain any toxic substances, easy to spray, good ejection force, good weather resistance, stable storage performance, 

no corrosion on the mold surface, no dirt white phenomenon specially in favor of the product after processing like painting, vanishing and adhesion

Usage and dosage

1) Dilute LP-2030 with distilled water according to dilution ratio: 1:15~1:30:

2) Clean the mold before use thoroughly:

first use a suitable solvent or cleaning agents thoroughly washed to remove residual mold release agents or other stains, then wipe the mould by a clean cloth or towel

3) Spray diluted LP-2030 on the mold surface evenly:

    If it is the new mold or just cleaned mold, please repeat spray,

after dilution， spray by air－assisted equipment or used by brush or cotton cloth

spray 2-5 times evenly with the release agent fully covered in the mold

4) Forming: release agent must be thorough dry before inject polyurethane material. you can use an air gun to blow－dry the release agent and use a clean cotton cloth to wipe the mold after blow－dry release agent．

5) Demoulding

6) If the feeling of stripping down in the continuous use, spraying diluted LP-2030 in the mold surface evenly can maintain good stripping effect

Package and shipment

25kg/drum, 200kg/drum, IBC, to store in a cool place, prevent direct sunlight, Non-dangerous goods transportation. Shelf time is 12 months
